Welcome to the Online-Service of the Jobcenter Landkreis Ansbach

You can apply for Bürgergeld through the online form.
 
After your application you will receive a call within a few days from the Jobcenter for first consultation. You should have following documents at hand in order to ensure for a smooth process of the conversation:

 

• proof of income and assets
• proof of social benefits
• proof of claims towards other people and places
• proof of cost of living/accommodation

During the first phone consultation it will be clarified if you meet the eligibility requirements or if claims prior to Bürgergeld/citizen’s money excist. The necessary application forms will then be sent to you per regular mail.

Please fill out the form gaps completely in german language. The completed form then will be transmitted digitally and securely to the Jobcenter Landkreis Ansbach

Explanations to the required documents:

 

Proof of income and assets
e.g. income slips/payroll of the past 6 months, account statements of the past 3 months, savings accounts/savings books, home/building saver, financial investments,… etc.


Proof of social benefits
e.g. unemployment benefit, maternity/parental benefit, retirement,..etc.


Proof of claims towards others and places
e.g. child support, rental income, insurances, income tax, other outstanding receivables


Proof of cost of living/accommodation
e.g. rental contract, house charges with residental property (interest portion), current evidence of operating and heating cost

Only People aged between 15 to 66 can apply for Bürgergeld

Note for single people under 25 living in their parents' household

 

Please note that you can only apply for Bürgergeld together with your parents/the parent you live with. 

 

Please coordinate the application with your parents/the parent you live with, as their income and assets will be checked during the application process. 

 

If they agree to apply for Bürgergeld, the application should be submitted by a parent with whom you live.
